Home Comfort Spot provides home renovation, improvement, security, and related services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual service agreements and may vary based on project requirements.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be adjusted if project scope changes. Final pricing is confirmed only upon signed agreement. We reserve the right to update pricing for materials due to market fluctuations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. A deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may incur interest charges. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made before work begins are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Once work has commenced, cancellation charges will be calculated based on work completed and materials procured.

6. Limitation of Liability

Home Comfort Spot' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, except where required by applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Austin, Texas, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

1. Service Refund Policy

Since our services are customized to each client's specific requirements, refunds for completed work are generally not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we commit to working with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

2. Material Returns

Unused materials may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unopened condition. A 15% restocking fee applies. Custom-ordered materials are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

3. Warranty Claims

If a defect covered under our workmanship warranty or manufacturer warranty arises, we will repair or replace the affected work at no additional cost. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and are subject to inspection and verification.

4. Home Warranty Refunds

Home warranty plans may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, pro-rated refunds are available for the remaining unused portion of the warranty period. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

5. Dispute Resolution

6. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests in writing to support@homeinspirehub.info with your project number, description of the issue, and supporting documentation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
